Every LOVEGOOD piece is checked before it ships. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, we will exchange it under the terms below.
Exchange terms
- Exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
- Defective items are exchanged; we do not offer refunds.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong colour or style chosen, or items that have been used.
- Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with everything they came with.
How to request an exchange
- Email customer@lovegood.co.th within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the defect.
- Our team will review it and reply with return instructions.
- Once we receive and confirm the defect, we ship a new piece in the same style and colour.
Shipping costs
We cover shipping both ways — for the return and for the replacement. There is no cost to you.
If the same style and colour is sold out, our team will contact you about your options.
