This policy explains how LoveGood Co., Ltd. ("we") collects, uses and discloses your personal data when you use shop.lovegood.co.th and buy from us, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Data we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the items you order, payment amount and delivery status.
- Payment: payments are made on Pay Solutions' payment page. We receive only the payment result and reference; we do not store card numbers.
- When you contact us: the content of your email and any photos or videos you send, for example when reporting a defect.
- Website use: pages viewed, products viewed or added to the bag, device and browser type, through cookies (see "Cookies").
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To fulfil your order — take payment, ship, email order updates and handle exchanges (performance of a contract).
- To answer questions and provide after-sales service (contract and legitimate interests).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
- To analyse site use and measure advertising — only if you accept cookies (consent).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with service providers working for us:
- Pay Solutions — payment processing (card and PromptPay).
- Delivery carriers, such as Thailand Post and couriers booked through iShip — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
- Technology providers — Cloudflare (website hosting and database) and Resend (order emails).
- Google Analytics — site analytics, if you accept cookies.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — ad measurement and delivery through the Meta Pixel, such as products viewed, added to the bag and purchased, if you accept cookies.
- Government authorities — where the law requires.
Some providers (such as Cloudflare, Resend, Google and Meta) may store data outside Thailand. We use providers with appropriate data protection standards.
Cookies
- Essential cookies: remember your bag and language. The site cannot work without them.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel): used only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Decline", they are not set.
- You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and data in your browser; the banner will ask again.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as needed to provide our service and as required by accounting and tax law. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and you may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. Send requests to the email below.
